Western Sydney's mix of homes, offices and businesses gives a mobile operator several ways to reach customers. The service comes to the vehicle, cutting the need for a fixed workshop. ADG's Castle Hill operation gives an established regional foothold. This doesn't mean Castle Hill is for sale; Mark will confirm available territories.

Pre-sale detailing helps owners present a cleaner, more appealing vehicle for photography, inspections and handover. A structured package can combine interior and exterior detailing, stain treatment and paint enhancement based on condition and budget.

Cut and polish restores clarity and gloss to eligible paintwork. ADG trains franchisees in correct technique and service assessment, so the work is positioned as a professional restoration service, not a rushed add-on.

Paint correction improves paintwork affected by swirls, dullness, light scratches or oxidation. It isn't one-size-fits-all — the detailer inspects the finish, explains what can be safely improved, and chooses the right correction level.

Coating work gives customers longer-term gloss and protection against UV exposure, oxidation and contaminants. ADG's process includes a thorough wash, clay treatment, paint assessment and correction where required, careful application and curing guidance.
Ceramic coatings, paint correction and pre-sale details can deliver higher booking values when properly quoted and completed. A strong Western Sydney business should also retain a balanced menu of full details, interior details and maintenance services, giving customers an entry point and creating opportunities for repeat work.
ADG franchisees may also be trained to service caravans, motorhomes and boats. This wider capability reduces dependence on one service category and allows the operator to recommend work based on genuine customer need.
You come first - our priority is your success!
Castle Hill gives ADG an existing customer-facing location in the north-west Sydney market, backed by a wider national franchise network.

Customer enquiries generated through ADG's marketing systems are not charged as separate leads, giving the operator clearer acquisition costs.
Start with initial professional equipment, startup products, service packages, pricing guidance, branding and operating processes already established.
ADG provides support from onboarding through the life of the franchise, including technical, pricing, customer, operational and marketing guidance. .
Serve an approved territory without the normal rent and infrastructure of a fixed shopfront, using a suitable vehicle and mobile setup. .
ADG supports franchise owners through national branding and local marketing infrastructure. This can include a customer-facing website, local SEO pages, Google activity, digital advertising, social media, enquiry tracking and ongoing content. Customer opportunities are directed to the appropriate territory without a separate lead fee.
The system is designed to create consistent enquiry opportunities from launch, but booked work still depends on local availability, response time, quoting, follow-up, price, customer fit and service delivery. Clear communication and strong workmanship are essential for turning the first booking into reviews, referrals and repeat customers.
$24,500 total investment — from $17,000 upfront for eligible buyers, plus $190/week franchise fee.
Vehicle not included.
Launch with the confidence of guaranteed income support while you build your customer base. As your business grows, so does your earning potential, with some franchise partners generating more than $3,000 in a single week operating independently. Best of all, there are no lead fees — every lead and every opportunity is yours to convert. Read on below to work through our franchise checklist and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Eligible new franchisees may be covered by ADG’s $8,000 per calendar month sales guarantee if they meet the operating requirements in the franchise agreement. Where approved monthly sales are below $8,000, an approved shortfall may be invoiced to Head Office after review.
This is not a wage, salary or guarantee of profit. The agreement determines eligibility, approved sales, operating conditions and the applicable period. Actual profit depends on costs, service mix, workload, territory demand and business performance.
Earning potential depends on what the operator sells, how well jobs are delivered and how efficiently the business is managed. Premium services can increase job value, while maintenance and full-detail clients can support repeat work. There is no guaranteed profit figure because travel, labour time, product use, conversion, expenses and demand differ between operators.
ADG assists with service structure and pricing so the franchisee can quote from a consistent foundation. The operator must still inspect each vehicle, define the scope and avoid promising an outcome the paint or interior cannot safely support.
ADG promotes Greater Sydney as an opportunity market and already has an active Castle Hill location. Potential Western Sydney territories may include parts of the Hills District and wider western or south-western corridors, but no suburb should be advertised as available until Mark approves the territory map.
Territory boundaries, travel radius, overlap, local demand and launch priorities will be discussed during the enquiry process.
Initial detailing equipment and startup products are included. The franchisee supplies a suitable work vehicle, with a small van generally preferred for storage and access. A suitable medium-sized SUV may work if it can safely carry the approved setup.
Public liability insurance is required. Operators must also follow site rules, water and power access requirements, safe-work procedures and any relevant licences, permits or registrations.
No previous detailing experience is required. ADG training can include full and deluxe detailing, interior services, paint assessment, cut and polish work, paint correction basics, ceramic coating application, booking management, quoting, customer communication, time management and appropriate premium-service recommendations.
The training connects technical quality with commercial discipline. A premium job should be correctly scoped, priced for the time and materials required, explained clearly and delivered to the agreed standard.
Local page content, Google activity, paid advertising, social media and national brand visibility can all contribute to customer enquiries. ADG routes opportunities according to the approved territory and does not charge a separate lead fee.
No marketing system can guarantee a booking. The franchisee needs to answer quickly, qualify the vehicle and location, provide a clear quote, follow up professionally and deliver a result that earns trust.
This franchise may suit someone who wants a practical, customer-facing business and is prepared to learn both the detailing craft and the discipline of running appointments, quotes and local follow-up. Pride in workmanship, reliability and willingness to follow ADG’s systems matter more than prior industry experience.
