You come first - our priority is your success!
We also offer a guaranteed income of $8,000 per month to get you started, with strong upside as you grow. Some franchisees have generated over $3,000 in a single week working independently. Read on below to work through our franchise checklist and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Before committing to any franchise, it’s essential to understand three key factors: real local demand, a proven business model, and the level of ongoing support behind you.

A well-run car detailing franchise can be highly profitable when supported by the right pricing structure, consistent demand, and proven operational systems. Australia’s Detailing Group works closely with franchise owners on a one-to-one basis to help ensure services are priced strategically and sustainably from day one.
ADG advertises a Guaranteed Work / Guaranteed Income potential of approximately $8,000 per month, assuming an appropriate workload and conversion rate. Most of our franchisees do earn up to $3,000 per week. With flexible scheduling and a fully mobile service model — covering cars, caravans, boats and motorhomes — franchisees have multiple opportunities to grow revenue beyond standard car detailing alone.
Franchisees receive hands-on support with:
• Structuring service offerings to suit local demand and market conditions
• Strategic pricing across automotive, boat, motorhome and caravan detailing
• Aligning pricing with target margins and long-term profitability goals
• Reducing reliance on guesswork through proven systems, data and guidance
Being part of a recognised national brand, franchise owners also benefit from ADG’s strong reputation and extensive customer reviews, helping build trust and generate enquiries — especially in the early stages of the business.
This structured approach gives franchise owners confidence in their pricing and service mix, supporting the development of a scalable and sustainable detailing business.
Please note: As with any business, actual income will vary based on location, effort, workload, local demand, and how effectively the business is managed.
We operate a flexible business model that reduces the need for a traditional car detailing shop or storefront. Franchisees are equipped with the essential tools, products, and systems required to deliver professional detailing services, allowing you to:
Operate with lower overheads and reduced setup costs
Focus on servicing customers rather than managing a physical location
Deliver consistent, high quality detailing services
Run a more flexible business without complex infrastructure
This streamlined model is designed to help franchisees operate efficiently while maximising profitability and day to day focus on customers.
You can explore our available locations across Australia here on this web page.

You will receive support with:
Understanding required licences, permits, and insurance
Navigating legal and regulatory obligations with confidence

Australia’s Detailing Group’s $8,000 per calendar month guarantee is designed to give eligible new franchisees more confidence while they build their local customer base.
In simple terms, if your approved monthly sales are below $8,000 for a calendar month, and you have met the operating requirements outlined in your franchise agreement, ADG will make up the approved shortfall. For example, if your business generates $7,600 in approved sales for the month, you may invoice Head Office for the $400 difference once reviewed and approved.
This guarantee is not designed to replace effort or good business management. It works alongside the systems, training, marketing support, customer enquiry generation and brand reputation provided by ADG. Franchisees are expected to operate within their approved territory, follow ADG’s systems and service standards, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate records and meet the agreed business requirements.
The purpose of the guarantee is to reduce uncertainty in the early stages of owning your franchise, while you build momentum, repeat customers and confidence in your local market. You will also have the opportunity to review the full terms in the franchise agreement before making a decision.
Please note that this is not a wage, salary or guarantee of profit. Actual profit and take-home income will depend on your location, workload, expenses, service mix, customer demand and how effectively the business is operated.
To understand how this applies to your area, speak with Mark or request the franchise information pack.
No. Australia’s Detailing Group does not require franchisees to purchase detailing products directly from Head Office.
Instead, franchisees have the flexibility to source products through trusted suppliers, provided the products meet ADG’s quality standards and are suitable for delivering professional mobile car detailing services.
This gives you more control over your operating costs while still protecting the consistency and quality customers expect from the ADG brand. Head Office can recommend preferred suppliers, product types and proven options that have worked well across the network, so you are not left guessing what to use.
The goal is to help you access reliable, professional-grade products at competitive prices without forcing you into unnecessary mark-ups or locked-in product purchasing arrangements.
You will be shown what products, equipment and service standards are required during onboarding and training, so you can start with clarity and confidence.
Starting your own car detailing business means building everything yourself, including the brand, website, pricing, customer acquisition, systems, supplier relationships, equipment setup and local reputation.
With Australia’s Detailing Group, you are not starting from zero. You are joining an established national mobile detailing brand with more than 20 franchisees across Australia, over 10 years of operating experience and more than 1,000 Google reviews across the network. The current franchise page already highlights these proof points, along with one to one training, equipment, marketing support and customer enquiry generation.
With Australia’s Detailing Group, you receive established branding and customer trust from day one, along with a complete mobile detailing business setup that includes professional grade equipment, products, proven service packages, pricing guidance and operating systems. You also receive one to one training from Mark, ADG’s Founder and Franchisor, support from experienced detailers within the ADG network, website, social media and local marketing support, customer enquiry generation through ADG’s national digital marketing activity, and ongoing guidance as your business grows.
The main difference is speed and support. An independent operator may need to spend months or years testing pricing, learning marketing, building reviews and creating systems from scratch. ADG gives you a structured model, existing brand credibility and practical support, so you can focus on learning the business, servicing customers and building your local territory.
You are still running your own business, but you are doing it with the backing of a proven franchise system, established marketing engine and experienced support network behind you.
Before making a decision, you will also have the opportunity to review the franchise information, ask questions and understand the agreement before moving forward. Under Australia’s Franchising Code of Conduct, prospective franchisees must receive key disclosure documents before entering a franchise agreement, which supports informed decision-making.
Yes. Each Australia’s Detailing Group franchisee operates within an allocated service area, which is discussed with you during the enquiry and onboarding process.
The purpose of this is to give you clarity around where your business will operate, where customer enquiries are directed, and how your local area can be supported as you build your franchise. You are not expected to join the network without understanding the region you will be servicing.
During the franchise discussion, ADG will review available locations, local demand, surrounding suburbs, travel considerations and the existing franchise network. This helps ensure the area is practical to service and that customer enquiries can be managed fairly across the network.
When customer enquiries come through the ADG website, Google, social media, phone calls or other national marketing activity, Head Office will generally allocate those enquiries based on location, availability and the most relevant franchise area. This is designed to help customers reach the right local detailer and to give franchisees a clearer operating region.
A protected territory does not mean every customer in that area is automatically guaranteed, and it does not replace the need to provide great service, respond quickly and build strong local relationships. However, it does mean you are joining a structured franchise system where service areas are considered carefully, rather than being left to compete without clear boundaries.
Because ADG is a mobile car detailing business, some customer enquiries may sit near the edge of a territory or between service areas. In those cases, Head Office can help guide where the enquiry should go based on the customer’s location, franchisee availability and what is most practical for the customer.
The exact details of your service area, how enquiries are allocated, and any territory conditions will be explained before you proceed. You will also have the opportunity to review the franchise agreement and ask questions, so you understand how your area works before making a decision.
The goal is to give every franchisee a clear local market to build in, while also protecting the customer experience and maintaining consistency across the ADG network.
Starting an Australia’s Detailing Group franchise begins with a simple enquiry through our franchise form. Once you submit your details, our team will review your enquiry and arrange a conversation with you to understand your location, goals, background and whether an ADG franchise may be the right fit.
From there, we will walk you through the franchise opportunity in more detail, including what is included in the franchise package, available territories, training, equipment, marketing support, customer enquiry generation, operating requirements and the expected next steps. This gives you a clear understanding of how the business works before making any decision.
You do not need to already own a car detailing business to enquire. ADG provides structured training, guidance and business systems to help suitable franchisees enter the mobile car detailing industry with the backing of an established national brand. You will receive one to one training, professional grade equipment, support from experienced detailers, branding, marketing assistance and ongoing guidance as you build your local customer base.
The process is designed to be informative and transparent. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, understand the costs, review your area, learn how customer enquiries are generated, and see what support is available before moving forward.
If both sides feel there is a good fit, the next stage is to review the franchise information and agreement in more detail, so you can make an informed decision about joining the ADG network.
To get started, complete the franchise enquiry form on this page and our team will be in touch to discuss your interest, location and next steps.
Joining an Australia’s Detailing Group franchise gives you the opportunity to operate your own mobile car detailing business with the structure, systems and support of an established national brand behind you.
Instead of starting from scratch, you receive a proven business model, professional grade equipment, service guidance, training, marketing support and ongoing assistance from people who understand the car detailing industry. This helps reduce many of the challenges that independent operators face when trying to build a business alone, such as creating a brand, building a website, generating enquiries, working out pricing, selecting equipment and earning customer trust.
One of the major benefits is brand credibility. ADG has built an established reputation across Australia, with over 20 franchisees and more than 1,000 Google reviews across the network. This gives new franchisees a stronger starting point when speaking with customers, compared with launching under an unknown business name.
Franchisees also benefit from ADG’s marketing and enquiry generation systems. ADG works with a premium Australian digital marketing agency to support visibility across key channels, including Google, SEO, the ADG website, local landing pages, social media, paid advertising, phone enquiries and online forms. This means you are joining a business with active marketing infrastructure already in place, rather than needing to build everything yourself from the ground up.
Another key benefit is support. Franchisees receive one to one training, technical detailing guidance, business support, customer service advice, pricing assistance, and ongoing help as the business grows. You also become part of the wider ADG network, which gives you access to experience, systems and guidance from people already operating in the industry.
The ADG franchise model also provides more clarity around costs and operations. Your initial detailing equipment and startup products are included with the franchise purchase, the equipment becomes your property once purchased, and ADG does not charge separate lead fees for customer enquiries generated through its marketing systems.
Overall, the benefit of joining ADG is that you are still running your own business, but you are doing it with an established brand, defined systems, marketing support, training, customer enquiry pathways and ongoing guidance behind you. This can help you start with more confidence and build your local customer base with a stronger foundation than starting independently.
As with any business, results are not guaranteed and your success will depend on your location, effort, customer service, operating costs, service quality and how consistently you follow the ADG systems. However, the franchise model is designed to give suitable franchisees the tools, support and structure needed to build a professional mobile car detailing business.
Australia’s Detailing Group is an established Australian mobile car detailing franchise network with detailers operating across multiple states. You can view current ADG locations on our Find Us page, where customers can search by address or select their state to find their nearest mobile car detailer. The current Find Us page lists locations across QLD, VIC, SA, NSW and WA, helping show that ADG is not a single-location business, but an active and growing national network.
ADG also states on its website that its car detailers are located in over 20 different locations across Australia.
For prospective franchisees, this provides important reassurance. You are not joining an untested concept. You are joining a brand with an existing customer-facing website, live location pages, national enquiry pathways, local service areas and a broader franchise network already operating across Australia.
ADG has a strong Brisbane presence and a national footprint, with its network continuing to support customers across key Australian markets. During the enquiry process, we can also discuss available franchise territories, current service areas and where new franchise opportunities may be available.
Feel free to speak with Mark to discuss franchise availability in your area.
All Australia’s Detailing Group franchisees are required to maintain Public Liability Insurance while operating their business. This is an important part of protecting you, your customers, your vehicle, and the ADG brand while you are providing mobile car detailing services.
This insurance requirement forms part of the franchise agreement and will be explained to you before you proceed, so you understand what cover is needed and why it matters. You are not left to work this out alone. ADG will support you throughout the process by guiding you on the insurance requirements and helping you understand what needs to be in place before you begin operating.
With over 20 franchisees across the ADG network, many franchisees appreciate having clear requirements and guidance, while still being able to review suitable insurance options for their own business circumstances.
The goal is to make sure every franchisee is set up properly from the beginning, with the right protections in place for day to day operations, customer work, and long term business confidence.
As with any business insurance, you should also speak directly with a qualified insurance provider to confirm the policy is suitable for your needs.
As an Australia’s Detailing Group franchisee, you are not limited to basic car washing or standard vehicle detailing. The ADG model gives you the ability to offer a wider range of professional detailing services, which can help you increase job value, attract different types of customers and create more repeat business over time.
In addition to general mobile car detailing, franchisees may be able to offer services such as paint correction, cut and polish services, ceramic paint protection, caravan detailing, motorhome detailing and boat detailing. These services allow you to support customers with everything from regular maintenance through to higher value protection and restoration work.
This is important because not every customer is looking for the same service. Some may need a standard interior and exterior detail, while others may be preparing a vehicle for sale, restoring faded paint, protecting a newer vehicle, or maintaining a caravan, boat or motorhome. Having a broader service offering gives you more ways to meet customer demand in your local area.
Higher value services such as ceramic coatings, paint correction and cut and polish work can also help increase your earning potential when delivered properly. ADG provides training, guidance and service standards to help franchisees understand how these services are performed and how they fit into the overall business model.
The benefit of joining an established franchise system is that you are not left to create these services, pricing and processes from scratch. ADG can guide you on the types of services offered, how they are positioned, and how they are marketed to customers through the website, local service pages, Google activity and broader digital marketing.
Your available services may depend on your training, equipment, experience, customer demand and local operating area. During the enquiry and onboarding process, ADG will walk you through the core services, additional service opportunities and how franchisees can grow their offering over time.
This gives you multiple potential revenue streams and helps you build a more complete mobile detailing business, rather than relying on one basic service type.
Franchise ownership is a long-term business opportunity, however circumstances can change.
Our team can discuss available exit options, transfer opportunities and resale pathways should you decide to move on from the business in the future.
No. Australia’s Detailing Group does not charge franchisees separate lead fees for customer enquiries generated through ADG’s marketing systems.
This means that when customer enquiries come through the ADG website, Google activity, social media, phone calls, local landing pages or other marketing channels managed by Head Office, you are not charged an additional fee just to receive that enquiry. These enquiries are part of the support provided through the franchise model and are included within the standard franchise fee structure.
This is an important difference from some other business models where operators may pay per lead, pay for shared enquiries, or take on extra marketing costs before they have even secured the job. With ADG, the aim is to support franchisees with customer enquiry generation without creating extra lead costs every time someone submits a form, makes a call or requests a quote.
While no marketing system can guarantee that every enquiry will convert into a paying customer, ADG’s role is to help generate customer opportunities through its established brand, website, Google presence, social media activity and digital marketing systems. Your role as the franchisee is to respond quickly, provide professional service, follow up properly and convert those enquiries into booked work.
There are also no additional lead charges beyond the agreed franchise fees simply because an enquiry was generated by Head Office marketing. Before joining, you will have the opportunity to review the full franchise fee structure, understand what is included, and ask questions about how customer enquiries are generated and allocated.
This gives you more clarity and confidence around your operating costs, so you can focus on servicing customers, building repeat business and growing your local area.
Yes. The equipment supplied as part of your Australia’s Detailing Group franchise package becomes your property once purchased.
This means the professional grade detailing equipment included in your setup is owned by you and forms part of your business assets. You are not simply renting or borrowing the equipment from Head Office as part of the franchise. It is supplied to help you start operating with the tools required to deliver ADG’s mobile car detailing services.
The benefit of this is that you can begin with a structured setup, rather than trying to work out what equipment to buy, which products to use, or what tools are suitable for professional mobile detailing. ADG provides guidance on the equipment required so you can start with a practical, proven setup that aligns with the brand’s service standards.
Owning the equipment also gives you clarity around what is included in your initial investment. Your franchise package is designed to help you get started with the core equipment, training, branding and support needed to begin operating your mobile detailing business.
As with any business, franchisees are responsible for looking after their equipment, keeping it in good working condition, and replacing or maintaining items over time where needed. During onboarding and training, ADG will guide you through how the equipment is used, how to deliver services properly, and what is expected to maintain quality and consistency across the network.
The goal is to make sure you are not starting from scratch or guessing what you need. You receive the equipment, training and support to begin with more confidence, while retaining ownership of the equipment as part of your business.
Starting an Australia’s Detailing Group car detailing franchise is a structured process designed to help you understand the opportunity properly before making a decision.
The first step is to submit an enquiry through the franchise form on this page. Once your enquiry is received, the ADG team will contact you to learn more about your location, goals, background and whether a franchise may be suitable for your area.
From there, you will have a conversation with Mark, ADG’s Founder and Franchisor, to discuss the franchise model in more detail. This includes available territories, setup costs, equipment, training, operating systems, customer enquiry generation, marketing support, the $8,000 monthly guarantee, and what is expected from you as a franchisee.
If the opportunity looks like a good fit, you will then be provided with more detailed franchise information so you can review what is included, ask questions and understand the agreement before moving forward. This stage is important because it gives you the chance to make an informed decision, not a rushed one.
Once approved, you will move into onboarding and training. ADG will guide you through the equipment, service standards, detailing processes, customer handling, pricing, quoting and day to day operations required to run your mobile car detailing business.
After training, you can begin operating in your allocated service area with the backing of the ADG brand, marketing systems, customer enquiry support and ongoing guidance from the wider network.
Yes, a car detailing business can be profitable when it has the right combination of customer demand, pricing, service quality, repeat customers, efficient operations and strong marketing support.
With Australia’s Detailing Group, franchisees are not starting from scratch. You are joining an established mobile car detailing brand with proven service packages, professional equipment, training, marketing systems, customer enquiry generation and ongoing support from Head Office. This gives you a stronger foundation than trying to build a detailing business independently without brand recognition, systems or lead generation support.
Profitability will depend on several factors, including your location, how many jobs you complete, the services you sell, your operating costs, how quickly you respond to enquiries, your customer service, your ability to generate repeat business, and how consistently you follow the ADG systems. Like any business, results are not automatic, but the franchise model is designed to give you the structure, tools and support needed to build a sustainable local business.
ADG also helps reduce some of the common challenges new operators face by providing training, branding, pricing guidance, marketing support, website enquiries, social media activity, customer lead generation and access to an experienced franchise network. Franchisees also do not pay separate lead fees for customer enquiries generated through ADG’s marketing systems, which can help provide more clarity around operating costs.
Australia’s Detailing Group supports franchisees with customer enquiry generation through a full scale digital marketing and brand visibility strategy. This means you are not starting from scratch or relying only on word of mouth to find customers.
ADG generates customer enquiries across multiple channels, including the ADG website, Google search, local service pages, Google Business Profile activity, paid advertising, social media, phone enquiries, online forms, email enquiries and broader digital marketing campaigns. These channels work together to help customers find ADG when they are actively searching for mobile car detailing, ceramic paint protection, cut and polish services, pre sale details and other detailing services in their area.
As a franchisee, you benefit from joining an established Australian mobile car detailing brand with a dedicated marketing system already in place. ADG works with a premium Australian digital marketing agency to manage and improve enquiry generation across key channels, including SEO, Google Ads, website optimisation, local area landing pages, social media, conversion tracking and ongoing campaign improvements.
This gives franchisees a stronger foundation than starting independently, where you would usually need to build your own website, run your own ads, create your own content, manage your own SEO and work out how to generate enquiries by yourself.
While no marketing system can guarantee that every enquiry becomes a booked job, ADG’s goal is to provide consistent customer opportunities through a professional, multi channel marketing approach. Your role as the franchisee is to respond quickly, follow up properly, provide excellent service and convert those enquiries into repeat customers.
Customer enquiries generated through ADG’s marketing systems are also provided without separate lead fees, giving you more clarity around your costs while you build your local customer base.
You do not need a large truck or specialised commercial vehicle to operate an Australia’s Detailing Group franchise. A small van is generally ideal because it provides practical storage space for your detailing equipment, products and water supply, while still being easy to drive, park and operate as a mobile business.
Many franchisees can also operate successfully using a suitable medium sized SUV, provided there is enough space to safely carry the required equipment and products. The most important factors are storage capacity, reliability, presentation, ease of access to your equipment and suitability for mobile car detailing work.
Your vehicle is not included in the franchise purchase, so you will need to provide your own. However, you do not necessarily need to buy a brand new vehicle to get started. During the enquiry and onboarding process, ADG can discuss what type of vehicle is suitable, what setup is required and whether your current vehicle may be appropriate.
This gives you more flexibility and helps reduce unnecessary upfront costs. The goal is to ensure you have a practical, reliable vehicle that allows you to service customers professionally across your allocated area.
As part of the onboarding process, ADG will guide you through the equipment setup and operating requirements so you understand exactly what is needed before you launch.
Support starts from day one and continues throughout the life of your Australia’s Detailing Group franchise.
You are not left to figure everything out on your own after training. ADG provides ongoing guidance to help you operate with confidence, improve your skills, manage customer enquiries, quote jobs properly and continue building your local business.
Ongoing support may include technical detailing advice, business guidance, pricing assistance, customer service support, operational advice, marketing support and additional training when required. This means you have access to help when questions come up, whether it relates to a detailing process, a customer situation, a quote, a service recommendation or how to improve your local performance.
Franchisees also benefit from being part of a wider ADG network, with support from experienced detailers and the franchisor. This gives you the ability to learn from people who understand the work, the customers, the services and the day to day realities of running a mobile car detailing business.
ADG also supports franchisees through its broader marketing and enquiry generation systems. This includes website visibility, local service pages, Google activity, social media, digital advertising, customer enquiry tracking and ongoing improvements managed with support from a premium Australian digital marketing agency. The goal is to help franchisees stay visible, generate opportunities and build trust in their local areas.
The level of support is designed to give you confidence at the start, but also continue as your business grows. Whether you are launching, learning the systems, handling your first enquiries, or looking to improve performance over time, ADG remains involved to help guide you.
Like any business, your success depends on how consistently you follow the systems, respond to customers, deliver quality work and manage your local area. However, you will have the benefit of operating with an established brand, proven systems, marketing support and experienced people behind you.
Australia’s Detailing Group believes in being upfront about the costs involved before you make a decision. As with any business, there are setup costs and ongoing operating costs to consider, and these will be explained during the enquiry process so you can properly understand the investment required.
Your main costs will generally include the franchise purchase price, the agreed weekly franchise fee, public liability insurance, vehicle running costs, fuel, maintenance, product replenishment and normal business operating expenses. You may also need to consider other standard business costs such as phone, internet, accounting, registrations, uniforms, and any vehicle-related costs depending on your personal setup.
Your initial detailing equipment and startup products are included as part of the franchise purchase, which means you are not left trying to source everything yourself from scratch. The equipment supplied with your franchise also becomes your property once purchased, forming part of your business assets.
ADG also does not charge separate lead fees for customer enquiries generated through its marketing systems. This means you are not paying an additional fee each time Head Office marketing generates a customer enquiry through the website, Google, social media, phone calls or other digital channels.
The weekly franchise fee helps support the broader franchise system, including brand use, business support, marketing systems, operational guidance, ongoing assistance and access to the ADG network. This gives you a clearer understanding of your regular costs while you build your local customer base.
During the franchise discussion, ADG will walk you through the expected costs, what is included, what you are responsible for, and what should be allowed for before you proceed. You will also have the opportunity to review the franchise agreement and ask questions, so you can make an informed decision with a clear understanding of the business model.
Many franchisees choose to operate full-time, while others gradually transition from employment into business ownership.
The flexibility of mobile detailing allows you to build your workload around your goals.
